If chosen, they are granted an ITA (Invitation to Apply) \u2014 that is an essential step which gives both the employer and the employee the right to go on with the official application process.<\/p><h3><strong>Step 3: Employer&#8217;s application<\/strong><\/h3><p>After receiving an ITA, the employer is allowed 14 days to submit the job approval application to OINP.
