tourism<\/strong><\/h3><p>New Zealand, long hailed as one of the most beautiful countries in the world, is making a significant move to preserve its natural treasures. These funds will be <strong>reinvested entirely into conservation efforts<\/strong> \u2014 maintaining tracks, upgrading facilities, and protecting fragile ecosystems from the pressures of mass tourism.\n\nConservation Minister <strong>Tama Potaka<\/strong> emphasised that the move is about fairness:\n\n\u201cIt\u2019s only right that foreign visitors contribute more to the upkeep of these special places.\u201d\n\nImportantly, <strong>New Zealand residents will continue to enjoy free access<\/strong> to all these sites.\n<h3><strong>Part of a bigger conservation reform<\/strong><\/h3>\nThe tourist fee represents just one of the elements that are part of a comprehensive change in New Zealand&#8217;s conservation laws.
