Many local workers are currently deployed in military operations, and young workers are not seeking jobs in factories.\u00a0 Therefore, Russia is looking for global talent to keep up with increasing production levels.<\/p><h2><strong>The Sverdlovsk Advantage<\/strong><\/h2><p>Located in the <strong>Ural Mountains<\/strong>, Sverdlovsk is the beating heart of Russia\u2019s heavy industry and defence manufacturing.
